Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Perform daily sales taking and collection \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly bank reconciliation \xc2\xb7 Prepare journal \xc2\xb7 Handle fixed assets, update monthly depreciation and ensure tagging for each fixed asset \xc2\xb7 Prepare income statement and balance sheet schedules \xc2\xb7 Prepare financial analysis for review \xc2\xb7 Prepare tax estimation for review \xc2\xb7 Monitor bank balances and ensure sufficient fund to meet the daily operations requirement \xc2\xb7 Prepare cash flow projections for review \xc2\xb7 Verify invoices from supplier and staff and director claim before processing payment \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all the supplier invoices/staff and director claim is properly authorised and supported with original copy of documents \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and prompt payment within credit terms \xc2\xb7 Handle vendor statement reconciliation and enquiries \xc2\xb7 Ensure the transactions are entered into stock module in DAS systems on timely and ensure accuracy of data \xc2\xb7 Assist in stock take monthly and cash counting daily basis \xc2\xb7 Ensure the documents are properly filed \xc2\xb7 Ensure accounts and transactions are entered into system on timely manner & ensure accuracy of data \xc2\xb7 Ensure all the procedures is within company policy and standard operating procedures (SOP) \xc2\xb7 Perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required \xc2\xb7 Liaise with both internal and external parties when necessary Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
