Job Description

Job Summary: The Finance & Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and payroll functions within the organization. They will ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will also manage the payroll process, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring that they are accurate, timely, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices. Manage the payroll process, including processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations. Ensure that all payroll-related deductions and contributions are accurately calculated and remitted to the appropriate agencies. Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships, including maintaining appropriate bank account balances and reconciling bank statements. Prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management. Oversee the annual audit process and ensure that financial records are in order and ready for review by auditors. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. Experience with accounting software and payroll systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. CPA or other relevant certification preferred Job Type: Full-time
