• Manage full-set accounting and prepare monthly financial reports for the companies in a timely manner.

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including cash flow, account payable and accounts receivable.

• Monitor debtor & creditor aging closely to prevent long-standing debts.

• Communication with third parties, including auditors, tax agents in ensuring compliance to local laws and regulation, customer, supplier and bankers.

• Proficient in excel and capable of generating any reports requested by the director or management.

• Effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines set by the director and management.

• Assist with urgent tasks or special assignments from the director and management.

Responsibilities

• Candidate at least a LCCI, Diploma, post graduate diploma or Degree in accounting or equivalent.

• Computer literate with Microsoft office.

• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be an advantage.

• Able to work under pressure and meet the dateline.

• Polite and well-mannered

• Meticulous, responsible and Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to solve related issue.

• Possess attitude of eager to continuously learn.
