Prepare full sets of accounts, handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable and collections.
Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
Ensure timely collection from borrower/debtors, and ensure collection are banked in on timely basis and issue official receipts.
Perform payment processing function such as preparing banking transactions (both online and manual)
Preparation and issuing of AR reminders and related credit control tasks and reporting.
Handling statutory audit, attend to auditor\xe2\x80\x99s query and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement;
Liaison with auditor, tax agent, company secretary (if required) and etc.
Prompt submission of weekly and monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
Preparation of the yearly accounting and presentation to external auditors
Ensure timely submission of full set of accounts, monthly financial reports and assist in credit control, billing and collection as well as assist in any other accounting related works
Monthly bank reconciliation and funding projection.
Monthly debtors and creditors reconciliations, monthly company tax and deferred tax computations.
Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.
