RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. HANDLE FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS. 2. CHECKING @SIGNING OF PURCHASE INVOICE, SUPPLIER VOUCHER @ALL JOURNAL VOUCHER. 3. PREPARE PAYMENT VOUCHER @ ISSUE CHEQUE. 4. MONITOR AND RESOLVE BANK ISSUES AND CHECK DIFFERENCES. 5. COMPLETE GENERAL LEDGER OPERATIONS. 6. REVIEW AND PROCESS EXPENSE REPORTS. 7. ASSIST IN PREPARING ANNUAL BUDGET. 8. ASSIST WITH PREPARATION AND COORDINATION OF THE AUDIT PROCESS. 9. ASSIST WITH PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF INCOME TAX FILING, HANDLE TAX ESTIMATION AND REVISED TAX ESTIMATION. 10. ASSIST WITH PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF GST. REQUIREMENTS: 1. CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST A BACHELOR\'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTANCY OR HIGHER. 2. AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION 3. STRONG NEGOTIATING/INFLUENCING SKILLS 4. DEMONSTRATED CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM LEADERSHIP SKILLS 5. REQUIRED LANGUAGE(S): BAHASA MALAYSIA, ENGLISH.
