- At least Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or Advanced Level Book-Keeping
- Prefer minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry
- Working knowledge of SQL Accounting software and SST / GST implementation will be an advantage
- Good PC skills with proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Word
- Self-motived personality with mature attitude and ability to work independently
- Good problem solving, analytical skills and committed to meeting deadlines
- Proactive, meticulous, organized and team player
- Must be fluent in Mandarin both speaking and writing, intermediate in English and Bahasa Melayu in both speaking and writing.
- Able to handle all accounting functions to ensure accuracy in compliance with current accounting practices & principles
- Able to prepare a full set of Accounts.
- Liaison with Bank for Bank Facilities; Bank Acceptance and other financial matter
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and daily cash flow using in house spreadsheets.
- Liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agents and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory & regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely submission of SST / GST
- To perform any duties or tasks as assigned by the management as and when required
