Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least LCCI 3rd level/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Possess knowledge and well versed in MS Excel. Well-versed in Accounting (Preferred SQL) software will be advantageous.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience
  • Experience in the manufacturing/ E-commerce retail industry would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paced environment, has a good sense of responsibility, detailed with intermediate problem-solving skills and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Work closely with other teams within the organization.
  • Mandarin Speaker would be a bonus dealing with invoices from China.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Accounts receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
  • To ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with Company's policies and accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Accounts Payable - Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner with verified all supporting documents and authorised approval from other departments. Reconciliation with suppliers.
  • Accounts Receivable - Ensure all collection tally with daily sales report from outlets are processed and recorded in the accounting system in a timely manner within a time frame set.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.(Remarks: Successful candidate will be assigned to either AP or AR team)
