Job Responsibilities: 1) Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, Bank and Borrowing and GL). 2) Assist AM to ensure timely submission and reporting of monthly Management Reports. 3) Assist AM to liaise with both internal (various department within the company) and external parties (bankers, auditor, tax agent and company secretary) for all statutory and tax requirements compliances. 4) Perform Bank Reconciliations, Inter Co Balances Reconciliations. 5) Manage Monthly Billing to Customers, Payments to Suppliers and Opex Payments. 6) Perform any ad-hoc jobs which assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: 1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy. 2) At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar role. 3) Candidate with construction, mechanical and electrical engineering working experience will have added advantages. 4) Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision. 5) Strong excel spreadsheet skills and hand-on experience with accounting software. 6) Ability to establish priorities, work within tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent activities. 7) Good interpersonal skills and able to work with various departments within the group. 8) Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. 9) Proactive, independent and details.
