Responsibility. \xc2\xb7 Manage full set accounts. \xc2\xb7 Prepare periodic financial statement in timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Reconcile account payable and receivable. \xc2\xb7 Compute taxes and prepare tax return. \xc2\xb7 Manage balance sheet and Profit & Loss statement. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of projections and budget forecast. \xc2\xb7 Report on the Company\xe2\x80\x99s financial health and liquidity. \xc2\xb7 Prepare payment voucher and cheques. \xc2\xb7 Prepare invoices and officials receipts. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper filling for all accounts transactions. \xc2\xb7 Respond to routine request for assistance and information relating to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s finance. \xc2\xb7 Handle ad-hoc task assign by Superior or Management. Job Requirement. \xc2\xb7 Possess at least minimum LCCI, Diploma or above in account. \xc2\xb7 Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excell and etc). \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in full set of accounts will be added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and able to meet tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Possess good working attitude and able work well with other department team members. \xc2\xb7 Able to start work immediately will be prior consideration.
