Job Description
- A diploma/bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience in managing financial aspects specific to restaurants or food services.
- Familiarity with various accounting software and Microsoft Excel. \xe7\x86\x9f\xe6\x82\x89\xe5\x90\x84\xe7\xa7\x8d\xe4\xbc\x9a\xe8\xae\xa1\xe8\xbd\xaf\xe4\xbb\xb6\xe5\x92\x8cMicrosoft Excel
- Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Fast learner, independent and self-motivated
- Can start work immediately
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments
- Handle accounts receivable, including generating and sending invoices and following up on overdue payments
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with third party regarding company account such as statutory parties, auditors and tax consultants for annual audit & tax.
