At least three year of experience in related field.
Must posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in
Administrative/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, human relations, communication & problem solving skill.
Computer literate and able to work independently.
Displays personal and company loyalty, is honest and dependable, with high integrity.
Knowledge in SQL Financial Accounting systems will be added advantage.
Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsible and self-motivated & excellent organizational and time management skill.
Tanggungjawab
Handling in day-to day admin & accounts functions.
Assist in any matter related to daily accounting and administrative matter.
Process online payment and submission EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF
Maintain accounting records and filling as per standard procedures and requirement
Liaise with Vendor, Auditor, Tax Agent, Banker, Insurance Agent, Government Authority, etc.
Maintain job records, document all necessary information and present reports to management as required.
Handling staff claims & director\'s claims.
Handling financial application matter.
Monthly closing for sales invoice, purchase invoice & Bank Reconciliation.
Yearly closing for audit. To Ensure all document are submitted correctly.
Handling for human resources.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the management.
