Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated account executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading and writing Mandarin, possess relevant experience, and have a strong grasp of Full Set account , Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for account , we encourage you to apply.

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma / LCCI or equivalent in any accounting field.
• Preferable minimum 3-5 years experienced in accounting field.
• Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin (Verbal & Written) due to the need handling Mandarin language documents from HQ.
• Preferable candidate familiar with Autocount accounting system.
• Preferable candidate who attentive and wiling to work overtime when needed.
• Familiar in Microsoft Office especially Excel & Word.
• Experience in accounting software, familiar in Auto count software will be added advantage.
• Responsible, good attitude and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivables and accounts payable
• Checking AP invoices and other expenses to ensure that expenses are accurate and posted in accounting system.
• Prepare and issue payment voucher for AP payment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly debtor aging & collection report.
• Assist in prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filling system.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or task assigned from time to time.
• Daily settlement of credit card
• Ensure all companies\' documents are up-to-date, proper filling and well keep.
