Position : Account & Finance Executive
Company Industry : Pharmaceutical
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 to 1700) | Alternate Saturday (0800 to 1300)
Working Location : 12, Jalan Hi-Teck 14, Kulim Hi-Tech Park, 09000 Kulim, Kedah
Working Mode: On-site
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Salary from RM2,300 to RM3,000 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Diploma in accounts, Degree Preferred
- Excellent in English and excel skills.
- Strong accounting background and operationally inclined.
- Energetic, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deliverables.
- A clear thinker with proven record to lead initiatives, solve problems and quick grasp of complex situation and new ideas.
- Prepare monthly accounts on timely and accurate basis.
- Prepare reports for management relating to accounts.
- Book Keeping.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables maintenance.
- Stock take verification.
- Monthly Income Statement & Balance Sheet.
- Monthly accounts related reports.
