We are seeking a candidate who can oversee the financial operations, provide strategic financial insights to senior management, and ensure the smooth functioning of our accounting and finance functions.Account/Finance ManagerResponsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting and finance functions at a prominent public-listed hospital in Malaysia
• Coordinate and prepare group financial reports and presentations to contribute to the strategic decision-making process
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasting models and budgets to support the growth of our organization
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations in the healthcare sector
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial support for critical business decisions
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development

• Reviewing financial reports and providing in-depth analysis on variances to drive informed decision-making
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes to align with the strategic goals of our public-listed hospital
• Collaborating with other departments to provide valuable financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives
• Coaching and guiding the finance team to ensure their continuous professional development
• Engaging in strategic financial planning meetings to contribute to the long-term success of the hospital.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Proven experience in group reporting, financial forecasting, and budgeting within the healthcare or related industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations specific to the healthcare sector in Malaysia
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively drive financial strategies and build strong relationships
