JOB VACANCY - ACCOUNT & HR ASSISTANT

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM

Lunch Break: 1 hour 30 minutes

Location: Balok, near Old Kuantan Port (KP1)

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

- No experience required - training provided.

- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word).

- Responsible, willing to learn, organized and able to follow instructions.

- Positive working attitude and good communication skills.

- Able to start immediately is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

A) Accounting Support

- Assist in handling basic accounting tasks such as AP, AR data entry and document updating.

- Help prepare invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, statements of account & payment vouchers.

- Assist in updating bank reconciliation, SST documents and monthly accounting files.

- Support in preparing P&L and Balance Sheet documents (training provided).

- Assist in preparing CP204 & CP204A draft.

B) Human Resources Support

- Assist in maintaining staff records: attendance, leave, lateness, overtime, medical and staff profiles.

- Help prepare documents for CP22 and CP22A submissions.

- Assist in preparing weekly driver advances, payroll documents, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF & PCB (CP39).

- Support in preparing letters, memos and notices.

- Assist in SOCSO claim documentation for drivers involved in accidents.

- Support HR during interview sessions for lorry driver candidates.

C) Administrative & Runner Duties

- Handle basic admin tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning, documentation and data entry.

- Assist in renewing JPJ road tax, insurance, vehicle permits and storing related records.

- Help book PUSPAKOM appointments and prepare related documents.

- Act as runner for payments, submissions and document handling when required.

- Assist with dealings at JPJ, LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Customs and other agencies.

- Ensure all documents are organized, updated and submitted on time.
