About the role

IV-Consult Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Account & HR Assistant to join our team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This full-time position will see you providing essential accounting & HR support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

HR Duties:

Assisting with HR processes, including recruitment and on boarding processes Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR database Providing administrative support for payroll Handle HR documentation in compliance with company policy and labor laws

Accounting Duties:

Assist in bookkeeping Prepare and process payment voucher , claims and etc Handle E-invoicing Perform monthly reconciliations and financial record-keeping Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Accounting / finance/Human Resources Management, or related 3 years of experience in an Account & HR Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software Have knowledge about E-Invoicing
