Assist with processing invoices, receipts and payments; track account payables and account receivables.
Help prepare and maintain accounting schedules, spreadsheets and reports.
Assist with filing and organizing financial documentation and ensuring record accuracy.
Collaborate with the accounting or finance team to assist in special accounting projects as needed.
Assist with doing researches for E-Invoices.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and Word / PowerPoint) and comfortable working with numbers and data.
Excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, curious and willing to learn, ask questions and seek feedback.

10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
