Requirements
Applicants with minimum SPM level qualification.
Applicants with Proficient in English (can speak fluently), and Average level in Bahasa Melayu (read, speak, type).
No prior experience required for a candidate.
Applicants have no issue to work from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM including 1 hour break time.
Applicants have no issue to work fully on-site at the office located in PJ.
Applicants willing to start working on.
Responsibilities
Manage client communications effectively across email, live chat, and inbound calls, including welcome calls, appointment scheduling, and timely responses to inquiries.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Facilitate and participate in client meetings, while capturing customer feedback to better understand their interests and expectations.
Provide clients with accurate and updated information on products and services, supporting cross-selling and upselling opportunities to boost sales.
Build and sustain profitable relationships with key customers by delivering personalized service and maintaining consistent engagement across all communication channels.
