As an account manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with customers from the semioncductor industry and ensuring that they receive the support and solutions they need to be successful. This will require a strong understanding of final test solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Developing and executing account plans - You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop account plans that align with their goals and objectives. This may include identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for capturing them.
Building and maintaining customer relationships - You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. This may include attending industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
Providing technical and sales support - You will work closely with customers to provide technical and sales support, including answering questions, providing product information, and demonstrating the features and benefits of Equiptest Engineering\'s solutions.
Negotiating contracts and agreements - You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with customers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements.
Collaborating with internal teams - You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that customer needs are being met and to identify opportunities for new products and solutions.
