Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bThe Account Manager will need to be able to analyze & present other local operators (OLO) activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans. They will foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned. They will also identify account groomed by locations, product and aligned with Company\xe2\x80\x99s direction and focus on developing new sales opportunities and generate profitable revenue within the assigned accounts. Open to Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, and Johor Bahru location.What are you accountable for?

• Strategy Planning & Execution \xe2\x80\x93 Retail operation excellence & Dealers\xe2\x80\x99 development
• Meet and exceed mutually established sales goals, while managing expenses and maximizing return on investment and profit opportunities
• Dealer\xe2\x80\x99s Development & training \xe2\x80\x93 Product knowledge, Selling skills & IT System
• Formulate effective & efficient sales campaigns
• Performing business review on regular basis to grow accounts assigned
• Compliance of trade visitation cycle
• Timely submission of management reports
• Network expansion planning and prioritization

What do you need to have for this role?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree specializing in Business Administration, Marketing.
• 5-7 Years of work experience and 2-4 Years of relevant experience in similar industry
• Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
