Expectations for the role: Engage in prospecting new customers and addressing inquiries from incoming potential clients. Maintain up-to-date Account Plans for each assigned account. Identify and outline opportunities for value creation or sales growth within the account. Broaden the range of services offered to encompass new departments or organizations within your assigned accounts. Ensure the CRM system remains current with accurate Account information. Provide regular progress updates to your immediate supervisor by conducting account plan reviews. Achieve pipeline targets in terms of size, speed, and efficiency. Attain proficiency in the TAS or ABS sales process through provided training. Effectively oversee and optimize digital engagement with major accounts, with support from the Marketing team. Secure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction within your Major Accounts. Requirements Qualifications we seek: Hold a tertiary certification or qualification in fields like Engineering, Business Management, Sales & Marketing. Possess substantial experience (5 years or more) in sales management or related sales roles. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Mechanical CAD industry and exhibit a solid IT background (preferred). Display proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite of tools. Showcase strong language proficiency, particularly in English.
