WE ARE HIRING: ACCOUNT MANAGER (MANUFACTURING / FULL SET ACCOUNTS)

We are a

manufacturing company

based in Nilai seeking a

highly meticulous and responsible Account Manager

who is capable of handling

full-set accounts

while managing customer accounts and coordinating closely with internal departments.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline in financial and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

full-set accounts

including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow reports Monitor customer billing, invoicing, and

credit control / account ageing

Oversee payment processing and supplier accounts Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics on costing and transaction accuracy Manage SST, audit schedules, and statutory submissions, and liase with auditor for yearly closing Maintain proper documentation and internal controls Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum

5 years working experience

handling

full-set accounts

, preferably in

manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and documentation flow

Very meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized

Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Experience with audit, SST, and statutory submissions is an advantage Able to work independently and responsibly

Remark

- Must be willing to work in Nilai (No transport problem)

- Working Hours: 08.30am - 05.00pm

- Working Days: Monday - Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
