• Candidate must possess at least ACCA/ Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy / or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Good personality, self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and AutoCount System.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Work skilfully and competently.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze variances and trends to provide insights into financial performance.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to address tax-related issues.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of business decisions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate financial risks.
