• Team-building and provide resources to resolve problems

• Develop strong analytical time management, to help Account Management Team to be able to manage and balance their workloads

• To motivate and coach sales staffs, generate ideas where we can continuously making improvement of our work quality

• Project Managements, to assist and lead team to coordinate and work on key customers' projects

• Set and track sales targets, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

• To involve and assist Account Management team to build up and maintain good customer relationships

• To provide continuous training to Account Management team in order to maintain or improve team efficiency

• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Manage performance reviews and ensure to distribute performance goals to individual as well as team goals

• Supervise inside sales team in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Enforce an environment of open interaction to assure affirmative employee morale and effectual conflict resolution

Requirements:

• Three or more years working experience as an inside sales manager

• Excellent written and verbal communication and good follow-up skills

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate and organize

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
