Open Position: Account Manager (Reputable IT Solutions Provider Company)A reputable IT Solutions Provider Company is hiring for an Account Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely together with Business Development/Sales Manager to provide excellent IT services and customer support to corporate clients
- Good experience in selling IT products and solutions such as Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Network, Security and etc
- Able to develop and build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Ability to perform solutions upselling to clients to meet their business objectives and goals
- Establish a good working relationship with the internal IT & Sales Teams as well as external stakeholders such as value Partners, Supplier and Vendors
- Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
