Work that matters - What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing
  • Contract document management including termination and extension discussion with each of clients.
  • Salesforce maintenance as part of SEA account management activities.
  • Sales opportunity management and action based upon agreed priorities
  • Payment related support for Experian\xe2\x80\x99s Account Receivable as part of Account management activities.
  • Client Contact managements as part of Account Management activities
  • Account maintenance work for change requests and support on the delivered solution related queries with Service Delivery Manager
  • Attending Presales meet up with Service Delivery Manager to ensure the continuity of Presales activities conducted with global team.
  • Account lead follow up to understand the potential TCV and initiate sales related activities based upon priority and agreement with SDM (Service Delivery Manager)
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager to maintain a strong relationship in SEA DA clients
Qualifications
  • Client focused, autonomous and fosters teamwork.
  • Experienced and passionate about impacting clients
  • Proven candidate in managing relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Expert ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Great communication skill in English
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required.
