COMPANY: MY ECOCLASS GROUP

POSITION: ACCOUNT MANAGER

KEY RESULT AREA

• Ensure the groups financial governance and audit procedure are in place.

• Develop financial strategies aligned with the companys business plans and support

realization of long-term growth objectives.

• Budgeting, tax planning and assist the CEO in treasury functions.

• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

• Oversee the daily accounting and operational functions of the group of companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are

properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and

report preparation.

• Interacts at all levels to produce timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting for Management deliberation.

• Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.

• Establish reporting formats to communicate and highlight cash flow requirements and projections.

• Supervise team of Accounting and Administration staff to ensure they are motivated and provided proper support to meet their job duties and responsibilities

6.Perform ad-hoc functions as and when assigned by CEO/Management.

REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• Preferred candidate with Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, others)
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of management experience preferably working in established architecture/ID fit out company.
• Strong leadership skills with high level of self-motivation and initiatives, able to work well in a fast pact environment.
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
• Good command in English ,Bahasa and Mandarin
