Job Responsibilities Key Responsibility is to manage a given segment-based accounts, acquire and grow new business opportunities to achieve sales revenue and target for the division. Act as a liaison between customers and cross functional internal team to deliver customer business requirement. Execute to achieve and develop new business and revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channel monthly/ yearly. Prepare and update Account Plan Documents for existing and new customers monthly. Prepare and Update Weekly Visitation Plan and generate Sales Visitation Report (funnel management). Prepare and generate Sales Closure forecast weekly/ monthly and to submit proposal and sales quotation on a timely basis. Provide and follow up Feedback on Network Quality and Customer Issues to the relevant business stakeholders to improve the customer experience. Responsible to own end to end account management activity from business acquisition to deliverables of the end result for the customer. Aggressively competing to win over competitor customers in the assigned segment. Job Requirements Minimum 1 to 5 years Sales Experience. Minimum qualification of Diploma in Sales and Marketing or relevant industry qualification. Good understanding of the Business Segment (Industry Vertical) and account journey plan and prospecting. Good command of English and good presentation skills. Good in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Power Point and Excel.
