Work with the District Manager, Corporate Account Manager, and Marketing Manager to develop selling strategy and tactics in order to meet the yearly sales target.
Makes effective use of contacts and builds social and professional ties with clients.
Use CRM to plan and arrange the sales process.
Create quarterly reports and update the database often to reflect sales volume, prospective sales, and the state of ongoing initiatives.
Develop a deep relationship with customers to figure out their needs and position the business to meet them.
Document value offered and delivered to the customer in clear, customer-accepted financial terms.
Pay close attention to client retention and strive for continuously high levels of customer satisfaction by making sure the Six Service Standards are carried out correctly and with quality.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial) or life science (Chemistry)
Minimum 5 years in technical sales, with excellent track record.
