i. Handle full set of accounts by compliance with accounting standards: date entry for AP, AR, GL, monthly & yearly account closing etc.
ii. Handle all bank and government related transactions
iii. Prepare all documents/information required by appointed accounting firm.
iv. Liaise with auditor during account audit process
v. Complete Group weekly, monthly, yearly reports in both Financial and Sales field.
Order fulfilment process
i. Handle customer order process from customer PO handling stage to billing stage
ii. Handle supplier order process from PO issuing stage until good received and purchase invoice capturing.
iii. Stock Management

i. Handle all HR related scope including but not limited to recruitment, staff claim verification, prepare necessary payroll information to appointed payroll agent etc.
ii. Handle all admin related scope including but not limited to handle non-trade purchase, manage IT/Office equipment, maintain proper document filling (softcopy & hardcopy) etc. according to preset SOP.

Requirements :
Minimum degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax
Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in Accounting, Finance, Tax related.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa is mandatory (both verbal & written), while proficiency in Mandarin is an advantages
Proficient in MS Excel & Ms Office
Familiar with Malaysia Account Regulation, Tax Regulations & HR Regulations is required
Meticulous, responsible, work independently and eagerness to learn
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Able to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision, and with a high degree of accuracy & efficiency
