Job Description

  • Responsible for AP function, matching invoices against PR, PO, GRN and other documents.
  • Update system, filing and prepare payments.
  • Prepare monthly payment budget.
  • Assist in month end closing, monthly report and other financial matters.
  • To participate in quarter stocktake.
  • Handle staff e-claims
  • Update bank books on daily basis.
  • Knowledge/experience in SST will be added advantage.
  • Perform admin or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Nusajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
