- Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent field
- Fresh graduates are much welcome to apply
- Possess good analytical skills, interpersonal skills & self-initiative.
- Process and verify invoices, match with purchase orders.
- Enter invoices into the system and maintain supplier records.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve Aged payables.
- Handle month-end closing, journal entries, and accruals for payables.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, tax filing, and audit queries.
- Handle projects related to accounts payable.
- Assist in physical count of fixed assets and related projects.
- Prepare general journal entries for month-end closing.
- Assist in verifying financial analysis and ensure timely reports for month, quarter, and year-end.
- Assist in audits, taxes, and financial reporting.
- Support the setup of accounting systems and finance operations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Regular working hour from 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday (option to apply for flexi hour)
