Job Description


Execute a timely delivery of AP processes and resolve operational issues for smooth processing of activities. Ensure all invoice and travel & expenses claims processing are performed timely and accurately. Effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer service culture.

  • Execute more intricate daily processing tasks within specified timelines.
  • Identify recurring issues or risks, suggest improvement opportunities, and aid in project implementation.
  • Oversee data quality monitoring and ensure accuracy through peer checks on transactional data.
  • Generate analytical reports and/or accounting schedules, scrutinize for irregularities, and devise investigation and corrective plans.
  • Address queries related to transaction handling, explaining procedures and control requirements as per SOP.
  • Support internal and external audits and contribute to process enhancement efforts.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support enhancement projects, contributing to continuous process improvements.
  • Handle Travel & Expense receipts processing and payment of claims.
  • Actively monitor the status of pending invoices and Travel and Expense Claims.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Shared Service Center (SSC) for monthly closing activities.
  • Provide support to team members to ensure stakeholders receive high-quality service.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance internal controls, aiming to improve customer service quality.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field such as Commerce, Finance, or Account
  • At least 3 years of experience in AP & TE in shared services
  • Excellent team player
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and office productivity tools like MS Office and SAP are required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (MUST HAVE)
