Account Payable Executive
March 30, 2023 Salary: RM2,700 - RM3,500 -
Location: Kuala Lumpur
s:
- In charge of AP and payments.
- Checking the Vendor Addition/Modification/Deactivation form submitted by the purchaser and perform the necessary in the system.
- Prepare monthly accrued expense (E-22a) after month end closing.
- Prepare payment journal in the Cashbook system.
- Dealing with supplier for Statement Account to prepare AP Reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Preparing monthly cash flow projections and monitoring the company\'s cash flow.
- Handling all bank-related matters and liaising with banks.
- Credit control and follow up on overdue balances.
- Process sales invoices and delivery notes.
- Timely allocation of payments for statutory tax and payroll contributions on a monthly basis.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounts Payable (AP) in Shared Services industry or commercial industry.
- Internship experience in AP will be an added advantages.
- Good in MS.Excel and MS.Word.
