Account Payable Senior Executive (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
The applicant for this role will play a key role as the focal point of end to end Account Payable transaction processing within the Asia Pacific region.
- Provide Account Payable transaction processing in accordance to the business procedure and compliance with organisational policies.
- Ensure transaction processing are met based on the agreed deadline.
- Overseeing the full cycle of Account Payable invoice processing.
- Responsible in supporting migration process within the AP operations from the assigned country.
- Become a focal point and liaising with business stakeholders for any queries related to the AP matter.
- Supporting internal and external audit request.
- Preparing month end closing and reports.
- Participating in the operational strategy to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable or any other accounting function preferably from a Shared Services
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin.
- Willingness to learn and absorb new knowledge.
- 1 Year Contract (Subject to Renewal)
- Flexible working arrangement (3 days in the office and 2 days remotely)
