Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle full sets of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Loan & HP schedules, month-end & year-end closing).
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and prepare regular financial forecasts.
Oversee and supervise the Accounts Department, mentoring and guiding junior staff.
Ensure timely completion of audits and coordinate all audit-related documentation.
Manage accounting software (Autocount), including upgrades or migrations.
Maintain accurate finance records, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
Preferred Accounting Firm background / experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Autocount and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills.
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
