• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of working experience in an accounting role (fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (Autocount preferred), and bookkeeping principles.
• Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Knowledge of taxation (SST, income tax) and financial reporting is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle data entry, bank reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Tanggungjawab

• Daily Accounting Tasks: Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and data entry into the accounting system.
• Bank Reconciliation: Ensure accurate financial records by reconciling bank statements.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Tax & Compliance: Assist in SST / Withholding Tax submissions, audit preparations, and maintaining financial records.
• Petty Cash & Claims: Process and verify staff claims and petty cash reimbursements.
• Administrative Support: Maintain filing systems, contracts, and financial documentation.
• Assist in Year-End Audits: Prepare necessary reports and support external auditors.
• Other Ad-hoc Duties: Support the finance team with any additional accounting-related tasks as required.
