Responsibilities: To assist Malaysia Country Finance Manager in completing the year end statutory audit requests. And to assist Shared Service - RTR Team Lead in transition activities between Country Finance and Shared Service. To provide support to Malaysia Country Finance and Shared Service RTR team as and when required. To assist Malaysia Country Finance team in year end statutory audit related requests. Involve in the transition of closing activities for Malaysia and Thailand entities from Country Finance into Shared Services - RTR team. Assist in the preparation of process flow and documentation of RTR related activities. Involve in closing activities: Prepare monthly reconciliations i.e. balance sheet, intercompany, bank, fixed assets, intangibles. Prepare journals, intercompany billings and intercompany reconciliations. To involve in accounting system migration for Singapore entity. To involve in project enhancement / automation, eg. Intercompany recharge, foreign exchange revaluation etc. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of working experience. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially excel. Problem-solving skills, good communication, and written skills. Able to work under pressure. Analytical skills, meticulous and detailed.
