Job Description


Job Responsibility Help to generate & send daily invoices to customer Follow up the acknowledgement of delivery order Follow up the collection with sales team and customers Submit invoices to customer s portal to enable customer to generate payment Ad-hoc manual invoicing and statement of account. Assist in month end close by creating journal entries and entering invoices Responsible for other accounting related task. Undertake assignments ad-hoc tasks & related duties as assigned by management. Opening cash sale for customers walk-in. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent. Preferably with 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in related field. Good written and verbal communication skills is English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Possess good initiative to learn, hardworking and responsible. Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player with strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge in SQL Account system will be an added advantage.
