Remuneration: RM 8,000 - RM 10,000

Job Responsibilities:

1) Preparation of Financial & Management Reporting:

Managed and leading a team of accounting staff for the closing of account

• Review and analyse the Financial Performance vs Moving Plan and Business plan
• Preparation of Gap Analysis Report, Weekly Sales Report, Monthly Management Report
• Preparation of Quarterly Consolidation Reporting to HQ, Korea
• Project Management and monitor the Project Progress Claim, Collection, Billing and Sales Recognition
• Ensure compliance and update of the latest Malaysia Accounting Standard requirements
• Establish and periodic review of financial policies and procedures of the company
• Manage Project on Hand Report and Unbilled Report
• Manage AR aging Report and provision for Bad Debts
• Manage the Inventory System, Helios System and QAD Accounting System

2) Moving Plan, Forecast and Business Planning

• Preparation of monthly moving plan report for Order, Sales and Operating profit
• Preparation of full year Profit & Loss Forecast, Cash Flow Forecast
• Preparation of Annual Business planning
• Analyse and preparation of catch-up plan for forecast shortfall

3) Audit, Tax Compliance and Statutory Requirement

• Liaise with external Auditor for Annual Audit
• Liaise with HQ external Auditor quarterly for any consolidation queries
• Monitor the schedule and report for Audit and Tax computation purposes
• Tax planning and compliance of the Tax estimation, withholding tax and capital expenditure
• Monitor, declaration and payment of Sales & Service Tax (SST) every two months
• Liaise with Company Secretary for all Director Resolution, Annual Return Filing, compliance to SSM reporting

4) Banking and Treasury Management

• Manage the usage of Bank facilities - Bank Guarantee application, issuance, cancellation, etc
• Manage and review the collection & payment and daily cash flow report
• Liaise with bank officer for oversea payment and foreign exchange rate
• Annual review of bank facilities
• Placement of fund for interest earning
