# Our client is a Fast Growing E-Commerce/Retailing Co. with their office located in KL.

The Finance & Accounting Professional plays a central role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. He/She will

act as Individual Contributor & Team Player

and require to be

very hands-on

in supporting daily transaction processing, monthly closing, and financial analysis for

high-volume operations

.

KEY SCOPES

Financial Operations & Reporting

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance reports. Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure proper reconciliation of all accounts. Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities. Monitor cash flow positions and prepare weekly cash flow summaries.

Transaction & Order Management

Review and validate transaction groupings (~50 per week) derived from ~500 daily orders. Verify completeness and accuracy of daily sales, payments, receivables, and payables entries.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure accounts comply with Malaysian accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS) and tax requirements. Assist in annual audit preparation and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers. Finance Process Automation Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, especially around high-volume transactions. Implement controls to improve accuracy, reduce manual work, and strengthen compliance.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles

(full-set experience preferred)

. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting, Experience in

high volume transactional environments

is a MUST ! Proficient in spreadsheets and accounting systems. Exposure in Xero is a plus but not mandatory.

Team player, hands-on with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
