Job Description

Position: Finance / Accounts Manager

Salary: MYR 6,000 - MYR 8,000 Per Month

Location: Klang, Selangor

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in financial software (preferably SQL) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Outstanding level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including corporate tax computations and timely tax filings.

Develop budgets and financial forecasts, and perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning.

Review and improve internal controls and accounting systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and recommendations.

Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations (SST).

Monitor SST submissions, refund status, and payments.
