We are expanding and seeking an

experienced and detail-oriented Accountant

to manage the full spectrum of accounting activities for our company.

Key Responsibilities



1. Accounting Operations



Manage full set of accounts -- AR, AP, GL, and journal entries. Review and verify supplier invoices, customer statements, and related documents. Ensure accurate and timely recording of payments and transactions. Perform monthly closing, reconciliation, and adjustments.

2. Financial Reporting



Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports. Identify variances or discrepancies and highlight issues to management. Assist in budget tracking and cost control activities.

3. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure compliance with SST, tax, and statutory requirements. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and document filing.

4. Team Support & Leadership



Supervise, train, and guide the Account Admin in daily accounting and filing work. Work closely with management, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth information flow. Continuously improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a trading or retail environment. Strong knowledge of AR, AP, reconciliation, and monthly closing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar). Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Responsible, systematic, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
