Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll doWe are looking for a Account II to join our team in Malaysia.The role responsibilities include:

• Preparation of month end Group reporting close tasks including:

• Group consolidation journal entries
• Preparation of Group balance sheet reconciliations
• Monitoring, reporting, and assisting to resolve Hyperion validations.
• Managing and resolving intercompany mismatches
• Other ad hoc month end task as required by management

• Preparation of group statutory reporting and compliance requirements for both half and full year reporting including:

• Annual and Interim Financial Report
• Investor presentations

• Ad hoc activities including:

• Attend to ad-hoc Hyperion queries
• Investigation of system errors (HFM - Hyperion)
• Preparation/review of ABS surveys if required
• Opportunities for involvement in the Group\xe2\x80\x99s reporting system implementation project
• Other analysis as required by Senior Manager or Manager
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to improve quality and efficiencies.

• Proactively identifies and takes ownership of opportunities to improve existing processes and reporting deliverables across the Group.
• Committed to \xe2\x80\x98unlocking brilliance\xe2\x80\x99 at every opportunity.
• Tertiary qualified in Business, Accounting or Finance or a similar discipline.
• Strong understanding of IFRS reporting requirements.
• Accounting/auditing experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines across multiple time zones and prioritize important/urgent task.
• Experience delivering in a large-scale, geographically dispersed fast-paced environment;
• Shared service experience
