Job Overview

TE Connectivity\'s Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the company\'s Financial Solutions Center related to end-to-end transactions
• Responsible to perform and analyze monthly financial statements closing and completion of reporting packages, direct and indirect tax related reports and filing.
• Ensuring necessary controls are complying with company\'s finance policies
• Liaison with external auditors and tax agent on statutory audits and tax filing, including preparation of supporting reconciliation and schedules to external and internal parties
• Observe and meeting internal month end and statutory compliance and filing deadline
• Assist LE controller with ad-hoc task/assignment, support controlling activities in South-East Asia entities, as well as participating in regional continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years work experiences
• Working experiences in big 4 audit firm or MNC is a plus.
• Qualified CPA or Accounting degree holder
• Familiar with SAP system
• Ability to deal with complex accounting and statutory reporting
• Good interpersonal skill
• Attentive to detail
• Work well in a cross functional environment and be able to work in a team
• Operates with minimal supervision; receives limited instruction on routine work assignments and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve results through influence and maintain good working relationships across various functions in South-East Asia region
