Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

to join our finance team and support the company's

Initial Public Offering (IPO)

process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in IPO-related documentation and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

in accordance with MFRS standards. Assist in the preparation of

IPO financial reports and supporting documentation

for submission to auditors, advisors, and regulatory authorities. Support

due diligence exercises

and liaise with external auditors, consultants, and underwriters. Manage

general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations

. Review and ensure accuracy of all accounting transactions. Prepare

financial analysis and management reports

to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with

Bursa Malaysia and Securities Commission (SC)

regulations and audit requirements. Assist in

budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

. Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Preferably a

Certified Accountant (CPA / ACCA / MIA / CIMA)

. Minimum

3 years of working experience

in accounting, audit, or corporate finance. Prior experience in

IPO preparation or listed company audit

will be an added advantage. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, SAP, or equivalent). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good command of both

English and Malay

(written & spoken).
