Responsibilities :
- Manage Account department and responsible for all aspects of the accounting functions including financial and management reporting, statutory compliance reporting, credit control and operations support.
- Manage day to day accounting operation matters.
- Perform monthly closing of accounts and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly management reports, analysis reports, AP, AR & bank reconciliations, and other accounts related reports.
- Maintain fixed assets register.
- Prepare cashflow projections, budget, and profit forecast.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare statutory financial statements, tax computations, SST and furnish information for audit and tax filling submission.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Minimum experience requirement
Minimum 4 years in accounting.
Academic requirement
Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant equivalent qualifications.
