This role requires you to be in charge of assisting the Finance Manager in daily and adhoc matters for the company.
Responsible for managing the full set of accounts with minimal supervision;
Assist in preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures * Prepare monthly account reconciliations, Balance Sheet and other
Generate monthly KPI reporting
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ad Hoc Reporting/Projects
Assist with developing budgets
Provide support before and during annual audit
Prepare monthly profit sharing and commission reports
Manage document control and policy/procedures for Accounting and HR departments
Assist with capital expenditure reporting and variance analysis
Maintain fixed asset ledger including depreciation/amortization entries
Assist with daily/weekly cash management
Maintain proper inventory valuation in the GL
Leading the future accounting team in Malaysia

You will be suitable for this role:
Have at least a bachelor degree Accounting/Finance/Taxation or other accounting-related fields
Professional qualification is added advantage (MIA/ACCA/CPA etc)
At least 7-9 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in construction industry would be an added advantage
Have great communication skills
