We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Accountant, Regional Finance Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Greater China region and its\' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Participate actively in the ongoing transformation of the finance team, embracing new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Engage in business partnering activities, fostering strong relationships across the organization to enhance financial understanding and performance.
  • Manage ad-hoc financial analysis and project work as required by the management team.
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar discipline.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred. Student member is also considered.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis with advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Management Accountant.
