We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Accountant, Regional Finance. Reporting to the Manager, Invoicing & Cash Application. This full-time and permanent position is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Regional Finance and its\' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Works in ERP system environment to apply customer payments via SAP HANA.
  • On an ongoing basis and in a timely manner, accurately applies cash collections to the customer\'s account using appropriate accounting applications.
  • Post daily payments including checks, wires, and automate clearing house (ACH) credit transfers to customer accounts.
  • Work closely with Credit Control team in resolving settlement dispute and unprocessed fund applications.
  • Providing audit and compliance support relating to settlement activities
  • Perform period end close for the settlement process, ensuring that activities are performed in line with closing calendar
